Quality Documentation for Confident Steel Trade
We support buyers with clear product-scope review, document coordination, and certificate handling for steel and recycled-metal inquiries. Before quotation, our team reviews the product category, grade, dimensions, quantity, destination, and required documents so every transaction starts with a clear technical and commercial basis.
Documentation Workflow
We keep documents connected to the product scope, not separated from the transaction.
Certificates, inspection files, mill documents, and compliance documents are published when they are available for buyer access and approved for public release. Scope-specific files can be requested through the RFQ process.
Specification Review
We review product category, grade, standard, thickness, width, coating, quantity, packing, and destination before quotation.
Product and Source Documents
We coordinate available product files, mill documents, source documents, and buyer review materials according to the confirmed scope.
Certificate Handling
We handle certificates carefully and share them when they are available, relevant to the transaction, and cleared for buyer access.
Inspection and Export Files
We coordinate inspection files, commercial documents, certificate of origin, packing lists, and shipment records according to agreed terms.
Document Requests Through RFQ
Our buyers can request scope-specific files through RFQ so our team can match documents to the actual requirement.
Buyer Access
Available public files
When a certificate, product file, company document, or export checklist is available for buyer access, we publish it here or in the document center. For transaction-specific documents, send the requirement through RFQ.
